On behalf of all the families and students of Adesh University, we want to take a moment to shine a light on some truly remarkable individuals who stepped up during a critical time. Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to Mr. Tariq Hamid Kara for his seamless coordination and to Umar Jaan, the Congress party District President of Pulwama, who played an essential role in managing the control room in Shopian. A special mention also goes to Rather Shabnum for his incredible efforts in ensuring the safe evacuation of over 100 students back to their homes.
In moments of uncertainty, it’s the actions of individuals like these that bring hope and relief. Their unwavering support, quick coordination, and hands-on involvement provided immense comfort to anxious parents and students alike. From arranging transportation to meticulously addressing every detail, their commitment truly reflects what leadership and compassion are all about.
