Based on the leading statement of PC accused Atanu Saha @ Piklu, a team conducted a raid in the Burwan PS area under Murshidabad PD. The operation led to the arrest of two accused persons – Tarak Das and Pradip Das.
Subsequently, following prolonged interrogation of all three accused persons, including Atanu Saha, a follow-up raid was conducted at their respective residences. During the operation, the team recovered:
1. One improvised 7 mm pistol,
2. Two magazines,
3. 14 rounds of live ammunition.
The recovery has been made in c/w Shibdaspur PS Case No. 101/25 dated 13.06.2025 u/s 25(7)(i) of the Arms Act.
