Nestled in the lap of the Himalayas, the Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery — once the residence of the great painter Nicholas Roerich — has come alive once again with the energies of art.
At this sacred and nature-infused location, the art exhibition titled ‘Ritasya’ was inaugurated today, 23rd May 2025, jointly opened by Indian curator Mrs. Nanda and two Russian curators.
This three-day exhibition, running from 23rd to 25th May, features unique artworks by eight talented artists from different parts of India.

Dr. Ved Prakash Bhardwaj (Delhi):
Emotionally presents the profound layers of life through mixed media.
Pankaj Tiwari (Delhi):
Shares his experiences on the theme ‘Half Life’ and engages the audience in the exploration.
Bapaditya Ray Chowdhury (Delhi):
Creates vibrant paintings through color, form, and texture. Works on multiple pieces simultaneously, allowing viewers to feel emotions and stories in his art.
Pooja Raj (Palampur):
Depicts life struggles and the journey of the soul through the human body.
Suresh Hans (Bathinda):
Portrays the colors and shadows of nature.
Seema Tomar (Delhi):
Presents various aspects of women in society through her art.
Suprio Nandi (Lucknow):
Emotionally portrays the diversity and activities of nature.
Vinay Sharma (Jaipur):
Expresses life and human emotions through portraits and life studies.
